Yeah, mum booked tickets for us to go see it, like months ago. I'd totally forgotten. Anyhoo, we went the other day. I totally wish I could dance now. I loved the musical itself, and I've kidnapped the DVD we have in the house as a result, but...

The guys wore proper weird clothes. Two wore waistcoats over bare skin, so you saw the entire belly area with a stupid amount of muscles, two had frickin' fishnet-type tops, others with really low-dipping open-necked shirts. Those confused me. Then there was leather trousers. It's so hard to take it seriously when that happens. The girls weren't really that much better though, shiny all over the place.

Yeah though, I've fallen in love with some of the songs, though I really love "They had it coming" I think is the name. Totally kickass song.

In other news, I finished Nabari no Ou. I bawled my eyes off, seriously. The last few eps made me so sad, despite the series as a whole being awesome. I've not cried the end of a series since Chrono Crusade, and that one's pretty obviously meant to get that sort of reaction. I think I might revisit D. Gray-Man next, or maybe start on something like Wolf's Rain. Maybe something dark considering it's October, and Halloween comes at the end of the month. Since I'm apparently too old to dress up for it now, I might as well make do otherwise.

Oh, as a side note, my parents went out so I ended up with the house to myself for the night. I had a marathon of Pirates of the Caribbean movies, and to my delight they're as entertaining now as they were the first time I saw them. I picked up on the entire first part of the third movie in a way I hadn't before; the scene going through the icy waters really reminds me of Sinbad, though of course I mean the cartoon version.
